DMX Support

DMX support in the UI. This involves a ton of components. Internal Ticket: DEV-297

We need to understand and have a way to manage DMX devices like par-can lights and fog machines, etc.

These devices then need be assignable to a DMX Igorbox and addressed.

And the Igorbox management page needs to be able to change the chain configuration and provide manual control of each connected device.

Lastly, we need to implement the DMX devices into the composition editor.
